The Mission

Be less certain about how much you know. Be more curious. Ask more questions.

How do you make the most of your talent and the most of your time? Time is infinite, but a lifetime is finite. What do you want to do with the limited time that you have?

Were you born with talent? What do you want to do with your talent? Do you get discouraged because your culture doesn’t seem to care about your talent? Do you think you’re the only one who feels that way? How many talented people do you know? How many of those people are making the most of their talent? Have they been discouraged too? Are they frustrated too? Could you encourage one another? What would happen if you did?

Who we are is a reflection of our culture, and our culture is a reflection of who we are. What do you want our culture to reflect? Who are you, and what do you want to do about it?

Every culture is an attempt to answer the question “what is the most effective strategy for living a life of meaning and fulfillment that contributes to the flourishing of your community?” Is your community flourishing? How often do you go to bed with a sense of meaning and fulfillment?

The embodiment of futility is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. How do you like the results you’re getting? What do you want to do differently? How do you want to make the most of your talent and make the most of your time?

What if “making the most of your time” means making the most of your talent? How do you make the most of your talent? Can you transform your talent into skill, and transform your skill into performance? What would happen if you transformed all of your talent into skill and performance? Would your performance give you a sense of meaning and fulfillment? Would it contribute to the flourishing of your community?

Your life is a series of days, and each day is a series of decisions. As you can see, decisions begin with questions. What if you spent the next five years making all of the right decisions? What would your life look like? What questions do you need to ask to make the right decisions and live a life of meaning and fulfillment that contributes to the flourishing of your community?

What if you had someone to coach you through the process of asking the right questions? What if you built a community around asking the right questions?
